Focus On Imagine Learning Center

by NYC Private Schools on June 9, 2012

Would you send your young child to a school named Imagine? It’s a great name for an early childhood education center. Imagine Learning Center is located in Brooklyn and serves children ages 2 months through 5 years.

Imagine Learning Center has several programs you might be interested in for your young child. Lehman College Child Care is one of those and it caters to children 2 years old and older. Besides an outstanding nursery school and Pre-K curriculum, Lehman College Child Care also has an after school program for children.

Imagine Kids For Kids is a part of the Imagine curriculum as well. It is a non-profit fund-raiser that encourages young children to participate to help other children around the world. They get to learn about other cultures while making a difference in the lives of other children.

Parents are encouraged to get involved the learning process as much as possible. To that end, Imagine has some available resources on their website to help parents assist in the educational process. For instance, for infants there is a guide for teaching sign language. Parents of toddlers can find a fun activity they can do at home with their child. And parents of preschool children can make bubbles with the little one.

Imagine Learning Center has 10 locations where its child care and curriculum are carried out. These exist in Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and other towns and cities including Newark, Holtsville, and Islip. For more information about Imagine Learning Center, check out its website.
