Who would not want a tuition free private school education? Unfortunately, there aren’t many private schools in United States that offer a tuition free education.
There is one in New York City, however, and it’s a school we’ve written about before: Regis High School. It is the only private all-scholarship school in the United States.
Regis High School follows the Jesuit tradition and prepares Catholic boys – yes, it is an all boys school – for college. If your son qualifies and is accepted into Regis High School, he will get one of the best educational experiences New York City has to offer.
Intrinsically important at Regis High School is religious formation. While academics and athletics are stressed in the building of character, theology is also at the core of the curriculum. The theology curriculum focuses on the doctrinal and moral teaching of the Catholic Church.
As a part of its religious formation, Regis High School requires its students to perform community service.
Each private school across the country set their own policies regarding tuition. While most private schools are not tuition free, many private schools still offer significant scholarships and other financial aid.
